San DiFUEGO is a community of individuals who enjoy making hot sauces, salsas, and other spiced foods from their home kitchen. Founded in April 2016 by Brian Frederick, the purpose of San DiFUEGO is to act as a landscape for members to share ideas, processes, and methods for making the best and most flavorful spicy foods at home.

Social meetups are held on a monthly basis at The Homebrewer on El Cajon Blvd. Social meetings will be topic driven and feature tastings of homemade products and commercial examples with a special presentation.

Online membership and access to club content / recipes will always be free to members and the public. Dues to join San DiFUEGO’s social meetups are $20 for individuals and $30 per household, which includes 12 meetings, monthly giveaways, member only discounts, and much more. We ask for these dues as a donation , which help cover the cost of commercial tasting examples, special events, meeting materials, and expenses associated with running the club.
